- We just had to share this amazing & incredibly powerful cover image of @time magazine, honouring #personoftheyear2017 . Being a female led company with a female team we have our own horror stories of experiences that were totally unacceptable, harmful, blaming, abusive, manipulative, humiliating, bullying, intimidating, threatening & patronising. Most of this was ( and is ) experienced in the business world but not exclusively. We are so thankful for the #MeToo campaign because it has allowed us to give a voice to something we felt was not ok at the time but we were not sure! We were not sure if it was just how 'things were' in the world of business! We were not sure if we were being 'too sensitive' or 'too emotional' about it! But #MeToo has given us permission to open up and tell others about our experiences & it is so freeing to find out our gut reactions were right......IT IS NOT OK! Normal kind people do NOT behave this way. Not all men in positions of power are out to take advantage. And more importantly we have learned just how strong & resilient & bloomin downright AWESOME we are to still be here, still happy & healthy & to have our view of the world still through loving eyes only......we act with integrity & love. The actions of the few negative people we each have encountered has not tainted our hearts one tiny bit! We are the winners. Regardless. Loving hearts win💖💕💁 Sending you all lots of love & hugs from our small but mighty team here. ✌️ . . #females #femaleceo #strong #powerfulwomen #womeninbusiness #toocommon #needstochange #womenwithwit #notalone #metoo #quietlyconfident #noneedformeanness #lovewillwin #womensupportingwomen #winwin #respect #standstrong #joinvoices

- "My advice is that you not blame yourself and do not accept the blame others will try to place on you. You should not be blamed for waiting 15 minutes or 15 days or 15 years to report sexual assault or harassment."⠀ — Taylor Swift⠀ ⠀ A huge kudos to all the incredible strong woman AND men who has spoken out about sexual harassment and stood up for an insanely important cause. You are all the person of the year ✊🏻✊🏼✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿⠀ AND to the people who might still deal with harassment in their lives, but haven't dared stand forward yet - you all have your support whether you choose to stay silent or not. ⠀ ⠀ #timemagazine #taylorswift #isabelpascual #metoo #adamaiwu #ashleyjudd #susanfowler #important #thesilencebreakers #personoftheyear2017 #👭#sexualharassment #womensupportwomen #✊️}

- #Repost @think_olga ・・・ Sempre acreditamos e acreditaremos. #PersonOfTheYear #PersonOfTheYear2017 #mulheresdomercado #feminismo #feminist
